The shape of your escape

Good days, thoughtfully put together.

A starting point for your time together. We can shape the pace and experiences around your team.

  1. Day01

Arrive as colleagues. Settle in as a team.

Arrive at the resort before lunch for a welcome refreshment and a short introduction to the retreat. Enjoy lunch together, then check in at the property’s confirmed check-in time.

The afternoon begins with light icebreakers before moving into facilitated team challenges. Expect creative tasks, friendly competition and plenty of opportunities to work with colleagues outside your usual circle. Pause for evening tea, then enjoy some time at your own pace.

Come together again for a relaxed team social, an optional recognition moment and dinner.

  2. Day02

Fresh air. Shared stories. A good way to head home.

Start with a guided plantation walk, taking in the estate at an unhurried pace. After breakfast, gather for a light closing activity and a team photograph.

Enjoy a little free time before checking out at the agreed time. Leave with new stories, stronger connections and a few moments you’ll still be talking about back at work.

A few practical things

The journey, made a little easier.

How to reach

By road: Travel from Bengaluru towards the Sakleshpur region via NH75. For a group departure, allow extra time for pickup stops, breakfast and traffic. TreeMonks can quote a shared coach or smaller vehicles.

By rail: Travel to Sakleshpur or Hassan, depending on the available service, and arrange the onward road transfer to the property.

By air: Participants arriving from other cities can fly into Bengaluru or Mangaluru and continue by road. Coordinate flight arrivals before finalising group transfers.

Best time to visit

October to February is a good planning window for comfortable outdoor activities. Monsoon departures offer greener surroundings but need a flexible programme and suitable indoor alternatives.

Your team has its own rhythm

Make room for what matters to you.

  • Set your objective: Focus on connection, collaboration, recognition or a simple team break.
  • Adjust the pace: Choose an activity-packed programme or more downtime.
  • Change the duration: Add another night for a slower retreat.
  • Add a business session: Include a town hall, strategy discussion or leadership address.
  • Capture the moments: Add event photography, a highlight film or a team photo session.

The experience, in their words

Stories from teams.

Katsuki Bakugou
“We wanted time together without filling every hour. The plantation walk, shared meals and evening conversations gave us exactly the kind of break we needed.”
Kageyama Tobio

Important information

Accommodation and activity spaces are subject to availability. Standard property check-in and checkout timings apply. Valid identification is required at check-in. Share dietary, mobility and accessibility requirements before booking. Activities can be adapted to different comfort and fitness levels. Music timings, pool access and outdoor gatherings follow property rules. The property is not exclusively reserved for your team unless a buyout is confirmed. Images are indicative; the confirmed room category and programme take precedence.

Can we book this for fewer than 30 people?

Yes, a smaller group can request a customised proposal. The per-person price may change because facilitation and coordination costs are shared across fewer participants.

Can we add a meeting or town hall?

Yes. Share the session duration, seating format and equipment requirements so the venue and AV setup can be quoted.

Does everyone have to participate in every activity?

No. The programme can include lower-intensity alternatives and time for participants who prefer a quieter experience.
