Phuket (Thailand) is currently the most popular international offsite destination from Bangalore, it's a direct 4-hour flight, Indians receive a visa on arrival, and the resort infrastructure for groups is excellent. Bali is ideal for smaller groups seeking a wellness angle. Colombo (Sri Lanka) is the closest international destination at 2 hours and offers strong value. Dubai suits larger corporate conferences. Georgia (Tbilisi/Batumi) is visa-free for Indians and emerging as a high-value destination.
Yes. TreeMonks manages the complete group visa process, this includes collecting passport copies, completing applications, coordinating with the relevant consulate, tracking application status, and ensuring all documents are in order before departure. We have processed group visas for Thailand, Indonesia, UAE, and Sri Lanka. Georgia is currently visa-free for Indian passport holders.
We recommend a minimum of 90 days lead time for international offsites, 120 days or more is ideal for groups above 50. This allows time for visa processing, group airfare consolidation (which significantly reduces costs when booked early), hotel block negotiations, and full event design. For urgent requests under 60 days, contact us directly to assess feasibility.
International offsites from Bangalore typically range from ₹45,000 to ₹90,000 per person for a 4–5 night all-inclusive package (flights, accommodation, transfers, F&B, and activities). Colombo is at the lower end; Phuket and Dubai at the higher. Costs reduce significantly for larger groups (60+) due to group airfare and hotel block rates.
Yes. Our largest international group to date is 100+ pax. We have managed groups across Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia at this scale. For groups above 100, we recommend initiating planning at least 6 months in advance and may recommend private charter options for certain destinations.
A travel agent books travel. TreeMonks designs and executes a complete corporate experience. We manage team building programming (Tyndis Ignite), group facilitation, on-ground coordination, contingency planning, F&B customisation, and post-event follow-up, in addition to all logistics.
