Most teams drive or take a hired bus from Bangalore. The route via NH44 through Hosur is straightforward and largely highway. Plan for an early Friday morning start to avoid Hosur town traffic and reach by late morning. Yelagiri town is small. Your hotel or resort will likely be your base for everything, so pick one with enough meeting or activity space before you book. Properties in the Swamimalai Hills area tend to have more open ground than town-centre options.

Day 1: Arrive by noon, check in, and do a short orientation walk or a team lunch. Keep the afternoon for a structured workshop or planning session while everyone is still fresh. Evening is good for a nature walk to Yelagiri Lake or a bonfire at the property. Day 2: This is your main activity day. Morning options include trekking to Swamimalai Hills or a guided nature trail, both are manageable for mixed fitness groups and take 2 to 3 hours.
