The brief
To bring a fast-growing AI and SaaS team together for a meaningful international offsite that could move them beyond remote-first silos and create stronger alignment, communication and cross-functional collaboration. The goal was not just to take the team abroad, but to create space for clarity, connection and focused execution during a high-growth phase.
WOW elements we created
We designed a six-day Phuket offsite around the perfect balance of strategy, bonding and curated luxury. From seamless travel and a stay at Angsana Laguna Phuket to an Old Town Phuket scavenger hunt, Coral Island tour, private yacht experience, water sports, premium dinners, wellness moments, hackathon sessions, leadership town halls and a beachside gala dinner — every part of the retreat was planned to help the team connect better, work sharper and return more aligned.
