The brief
To bring a remote team together for a focused seven-day workation — creating an environment that supported deep work, collaboration, brainstorming and seamless hackathon execution within the comfort of a premium resort setting.
WOW elements we created
We transformed a banquet hall into a sleek, fully functional office space with high-speed WiFi, comfortable workstations and attentive on-ground hospitality — giving the team a polished home-away-from-home experience where they could stay focused, connected and well taken care of.
The Day-By-Day
Every hour was curated — from the first welcome to the final farewell. Pick a day to step inside it.
Forty engineers flew in from across the country and walked into a banquet hall that had been quietly converted into their working home for the next seven days — desks, fibre, AV and on-ground hospitality already in place.
