The brief
The HR team reached out with a clear brief: no routine team-building games, forced fun or standard engagement sessions. Since the group was made up of leaders, they wanted an experience that felt different, mature and genuinely engaging — something that would challenge them, bring them together naturally and feel worth their time.
WOW elements we created
We curated an experiential leadership challenge where the team was given bamboo and raw materials to build their own raft from scratch, then take it across the famous Punnamada backwaters. With complete safety measures, guided facilitation and on-ground support in place, the experience felt hands-on, unexpected and far from a typical team-building session.
The Day-By-Day
Every hour was curated — from the first welcome to the final farewell. Pick a day to step inside it.
Each team was handed bamboo, rope and barrels, and given one task: build a raft strong enough to carry them across the famous Punnamada backwaters. With safety crews on the water and facilitators on shore, the experience felt hands-on, trust-driven and far from a typical engagement session.
