To bring managers from across the country together for a focused two-day training program that combined structured learning, interactive sessions and team engagement within a premium staycation setting.

WOW elements we created

We curated a smooth training retreat experience with stay, sessions, activities, hospitality and on-ground coordination handled end to end. The program gave managers the right balance of learning, participation and comfort, making the two days feel productive, engaging and well-planned.
