To bring the leadership team together for a focused seven-day workation in a calm, premium setting where they could step away from the everyday rush, align on priorities and spend meaningful time together outside the usual work environment.
WOW elements we created
For an edtech company based out of Bengaluru, we curated an exclusive workation by booking out the entire resort for their team. The experience brought together the best of both worlds — productive work time in a relaxed resort setting, followed by jeep safari, trekking and a campfire evening that made the offsite feel like a true work-meets-vacation escape.
