The brief
A Kerala technology leadership association needed a closed peer retreat where senior leaders could meet outside the everyday rush, exchange ideas with a cohort of equals and experience the gathering without any of the planning friction usually involved.

We curated an executive retreat that felt polished, seamless and high-touch from arrival to close. With the calm of Kumarakom as the backdrop, TreeMonks helped create an environment where senior leaders could connect, exchange ideas and experience a well-managed gathering without friction.

I started TreeMonks with a simple thought: offsites shouldn’t feel like work to plan. They should feel effortless, thoughtful and actually bring people closer. Today, I get to build those experiences with a team that genuinely loves what they do. We have a lot of fun creating them, and the teams we host feel that too.
