Do not assume the venue's equipment is reliable until you have tested it. Mobile data is patchy in several parts of Hampi, particularly on the island side. If your sessions need live CRM demos or cloud-based tools, check with the venue about their broadband line quality. Some properties have recently upgraded, many have not. Plan for offline backups of any key material.

Premium boutique resorts can go higher. Travel by hired bus from Bangalore for a group of 30 to 40 people typically works out to 1,500 to 2,500 per head for the round trip, depending on vehicle type and fuel costs at the time. Hampi does not have last-minute printing shops near the main resort areas, so bring everything from Bangalore.
